The inspiration for RouteMe traces back to a vivid memory of getting lost in an unfamiliar city while traveling. It was one of those moments where I desperately needed a reliable navigation tool but found myself struggling with existing options. That experience sparked the idea for RouteMe, a project born out of a genuine desire to help others avoid the frustration and stress I encountered on that day.
As I embarked on my journey at Holberton School, the opportunity to turn this vision into reality became apparent. The curriculum and support at Holberton equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to develop a user-friendly, efficient route finder application.
